According to the Korean Governor's Association database on Sister cities, Windsor is a sister city to Gunsan.

In my view, Windsor should not be a Sister City to any city that allows dogs and cats to be (illegally) tortured and eaten!

 

That’s why I urge you to please ask Mayor Dong-Shin Mun of Gunsan to uphold the law and to start closing down all illegal dog farms and slaughterhouses, markets, truckers and restaurants who serve these products.

 

Furthermore, there is an online petition calling for your support in starting to end the brutal and barbaric South Korean dog and cat meat cruelty:
