We doubt that Idaho wants to be a sister state to any province that allows dogs and cats to be (illegally) tortured and eaten, now that you know the concealed truth.

 

Please urge Chungcheongbuk-do Governor Si-Jong Lee to close down all illegal dog farms and slaughterhouses, markets, truckers and restaurants who serve their products!

A start to apply the own laws and rules is slowly made, for example in Seongnam, S. Korea:  http://koreandogs.org/no-display-slaughter-dogs-notorious-seongnam-moran-market/  but even this is insufficient. 

That is why the US states and cities affiliated with these provinces and towns play an important role by addressing the horrific and brutal truth.
