Dear Prime Minister,
We hope that China will enact legislation for companion animals, cats and dogs, as soon as possible!
China has abolished the bad habits of men having three wives and four concubines and abolished women having to painfully wrap their feet to make them unnaturally small.
In our country, cats and dogs have been with human beings for thousands of years. Prohibiting the eating of cat and dog meat, companion animals, promotes civilization in our country.
Anti-drug dogs, guide dogs, dog doctors and working dogs in the earthquake zones have proved their importance as human companions.
Modern work pressure is rising. The existence of pet cats and dogs has alleviated human anxiety. More importantly, they replace children to accompany lonely and widowed people through their happy twilight years. They can help mental health that can not be bought with money!?
Many people take pleasure in animal abuse and often post videos of terrible cat and dog abuse on the Internet to show off their cruelty to hurt the mental health of the elderly and teenagers. It is hoped that these people will be brought to justice and the bloody and cruel videos are prohibited from surfing the Internet."
