Loudoun County should not be a Sister city to any city that allows dogs and cats, often stolen pets, to be tortured intentionally to serve as food! 

 

Please urge Gangneung Mayor Myeong-Hee Choi to close down all illegal dog farms and slaughterhouses, markets, truckers and restaurants who serve their products!
