Subject: A Dog Farm in Yongdang-dong, Yangsan City
Dear Ms. Kim,
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I understand you are in charge of the animals exposed to cruelty and the
photos of the Yongdang-dong farm are in your hands.
I am wondering what more evidence do you need other than the photos
provided by a local activist.
As you can see in the photos, it is so obvious that the slaughtering is
actually taking place with ropes for hanging dogs is already there, the blood
and the plastic bag that contains the legs of dogs.
As far as I am concerned, these are already good evidences charge the
farmer against the Animal Protection article 7, which you are so aware of.
I would appreciate if you could kindly pay more attention to this.
Thank you.
Sincerely:

Subject: A Dog Farm in Yongdang-dong, Yangsan City
Dear Mr. Noh,
I thank you for taking the time to visit the farm.
I understand you are in
charge of environmental issues.
As you could see with your own eyes, the farmer is polluting the land with
the blood on the ground and the neighbors have been complaining about the noise,
smell and flies in the summer, and yet they are told not to make a fuss out of
this as the farmer is a dangerous man by one of the personnel in your
office.
The actual slaughtering is taking place within the farm as the photo is
telling the truth.
I wonder why you are not taking an immediate action when it
is so obvious that the farmer, not only the land but also polluting the air by
burning the dogs as well.
I understand from a local activist that you said you will go back to the
farm within two weeks.
I urge you visit the farm again and I would appreciate if you could address
to this issue and pay more attention.
Thank you.
Sincerely:
